I've used R.E.D. several times for various plumbing needs (i.e. water softener). We bought the house 8.5 years ago but have had a problem with long delays of hot water reaching the shower and faucets. R.E.D. installed the plumbing when the house was built so I alerted them to the problem. They sent a couple of technicians who troubleshot the problem and fixed it. In the process they opened a couple of walls and arranged for the repair. R.E.D. stood up and admitted their techs made a mistake when the house was built and took care of the entire repair. Have to respect a company that stands behind their work. They will always be our plumbers!
